Atlantis Diving Club

The SAA training programme has been devised to ensure that the novice moves through the grades of competence in an enjoyable and progressive way, each new level of training building on what has previously been learnt.
This means that the novice learns to dive using at extensive system of evening classes and pool sessions spread over WEEKS rather than days.
Our diver training is taken in easy progressive steps.
It has three broad sections involving instruction on diving equipment, practical diving techniques, and diving theory.
Since atlantis divers are members of The Sub-Aqua Association (GBR), which is affiliated to CMAS The World Underwater Federation, our diving qualifications are your diving passport throughout the World.
At the end of their basic training new divers receive the qualification of “Club Diver” which allows them to dive with others of equal or greater grade.
Beyond basic training, members can progress on to advanced techniques e.g. Nitrox and Rebreather diving and/or become an instructor.
